SEGMENT 1 – Show Open: The Cat is going to baseball’s winter meetings next week, we should take this show on the road more often, Doug and Tim could room with The Cat, in addition to NFL and MLB meetings Tim would like to attend the AVN’s, it’d be great seeing Larry Nickel and Timberfake working the red carpet at these adult awards, would the Plow Girl let Darin go to the AVN’s, Jim Thomas broke major news yesterday as Stan Kroenke met with Governor Nixon at Rams park so JT will be back on the presentation today, Doug wonders if Stan is just checking off a box on his to do list for Los Angeles, Tim believes Kroenke is starting to cultivate a Plan B in case he’s not allowed to move and that Maryland Heights could be in play, Stan’s former busines partner is suing him in regards to that property which Doug takes as a cue to call the Rams owner into question, the site in West County could just be another leverage ploy, does Peacock have a winning case as far as Stan’s legal right to leave town, St. Louis is still in purgatory until the Board of Aldermen vote on the stadium plan’s fincancing, The Cat expects the measure to get through but just barely, even with this delay the #STLNFL plan is still far ahead of anything in San Diego or Oakland, Tim explains how there’s still a wide delta with LA’s NFL future, we all agree that without the task force’s efforts the Rams would already be in transit to Inglewood, Tim stumbled across a Golden Girls parody on the Hustler channel last weekend, our local broadcast hero did some damage in Draft Kings this week, Larry Nickel joins the program to discuss his weight loss and provide the WWE Recap.
