SEGMENT 1 – Show Open: The streaming is down, Blues won 3-2 in OT, bringing on a spokesperson from the “Bring Back the Los Angeles Rams” organization has some callers up in arms, streaming comes back but Willie feels the solution is only temporary, Intern Mike really shining on the board, turning down Olympic updates, pictures of topless leaders, reporter Karen Hepp has a fire and brimstone moment during a live shot in Philly, Doug learns what “shipping it” means & curious about Jimmy Fallon taking over “The Tonight Show”.
SEGMENT 2 – Kelly Chase: Getting down to the bottom of the 2-goal lead myth, Blues offense coming up big against a tough Boston Bruins team, Halak having another tough 3rd period but gets the win, The Note in the power rankings, looking forward before and after the Olympics & looking forward to a nice visit from Monty’s!
SEGMENT 3 – Ask Lawrence & Entertainment Report: Only two questions again for AL, Katie Kearney back in-studio for her third day on the job, a passionate discussion of game shows, the process into becoming a national pageant contestant, apparently there’s some rivalry between Katie and Stephanie who may wear a bikini if she returns for another audition, trying to keep Sochi safe, people still use Vine apparently, Doug keeps interrupting Katie, Doug thinks Mike McNeill needs to loosen his purse strings, getting drug into conversations & Katie’s favorite type of french fry.
SEGMENT 4 – STL/LA Debate on Rams: Willie tries to break down the genesis of this interview, Dennis Bateman is one of the leaders of the organization “Bring Back the Los Angeles Rams”, they believe the Rams will be back in L.A. sooner than later, Gary Weed who is organizing a rally to keep the Rams in STL joins the discussion, Dennis and Gary debate the chronology of the Rams history, the debate shifts to current events on what the NFL may or may not do & things get a little passionate.
SEGMENT 5 – Peter McLoughlin: The whirlwind of the Seattle Seahawks winning the Super Bowl, how crazy (passionate) that “12th Man” is, the immense popularity of the team up in the Northwest, being up on the stage with while the team received the Lombardi Trophy, the NFL’s future in St. Louis & his thoughts on the Blues.
