SEGMENT 1 – Show Open: Show that encourages phone calls and text messages, Cardinals beginning to gain some ground though they cannot catch the Milwaukee Brewers, spider on Tim’s hat, Doug fearful the spider will now crawl up his leg, caller duped the gatekeeper (Plow Boy), wondering if that spider is still around us, actors we want to see dipped in gold, gladiator type movies, #BREAKING: Brian Hoyer named the start over #JohnnyFinger for the Cleveland Browns, breaking down the hyped rookie not getting the call to start the season, WGNU has brought his presentation fantastic talents such as Plow Boy and Weezer, writing angry emails we never send, more about Plow Boy getting his job here, hoping to get a raise, enjoys his shade tree where he smokes in Tim’s parking lot, Vanna White has been turning letters for a long time, getting back to that Will Geer discussion, list of moles in Hollywood, that time Wil Wheaton had a leech on his nether regions that one time, Humphrey Bogart too, thinking of men that have moles not Cindy Crawford, getting moles cut off, one was in the shape of a Hawaiian island, Doug goes into his emphysema like giggle fit, Rich in Maryland Heights 15-20 years late with some news, this really is a good show, the Plow Dad does pretty well…, the history of the Atkins family & if were animals like The Cat…
SEGMENT 2 – The hotness level on Edmonds & McKernan, website now has a hotness meter, Peter Gammons wasn’t having any of Chris Russo’s crap on MLB Network lol, hoping again (for the thousandth time) this string of Cardinals winning becomes consistent and does not revert to anything frustrating, big one tonight for the Redbirds going for the sweep, Dave in St Peters suspended for a third time, the pregame show intervew usually gets you something, Placido Polanco and Eli Marrero enjoyed getting gift cards, tax issues invovled with giving away interview gifts apparently, showing those classic games on the SEC Network, those dramatic games for Mizzou last season, “sleeping it off”…, our audience is getting younger for some reason, Doug taking The Cat’s material, big time tip of the cap to Danny Mac doing a fantastic job during the #ThisOnesForYou game, tweeters bashing the telecast are unbelievable & some folks are just against the conflict and armed forces fighting overseas.
SEGMENT 3 – Joe Strauss: Some kind of painter interacting with the presentation, hello Joe, guys like Daniel Descalso who were getting a lot of guff are stepping up lately with clutch hits, doing enough to beat the spiraling Cincinnati Reds, breaking down Oscar Taveras who seems to be showing some life but still doing some rookie things, Jon Jay a big part of the recent run as much as anyone else on the ball club, Yadier Molina may be able to start swinging a bat sooner than later, the once tight Central Division beginning to loosen up a bit, looking forward to Joe’s chat not chaps (grow up Doug…), Tim plans to drive his kids from Kirkwood to St. Gabriel’s grade school each day, good music program there, guessing a few state capitals, big debate on where to send our kids to school, obvious differences between city and county, some nice neighborhoods in Normandy, hello to Ron Godier, big Paraquad party this Friday, that Mo’ne Davis just crushing it at the Little League World Series, some guy on FOX asked her a dumb question & another coach from Rhode Island gave a very inspirational speech after his ball club lost.
