SEGMENT 1 – #NFLRelocationWeek was a roller coaster again yesterday with conflicting reports about Dean Spanos’ willingness to work with Stan Kroenke, Tim says he’s hearing it’s not necessarily over for St. Louis as the owners themselves don’t know what’s going to happen in Houston, a lot of people in St. Louis are looking forward to this situation being resolved one way or another … but Tim still wonders if this is still just the beginning rather than a conclusion as to whether football will be in town long-term, the Raiders also enacted a scorched earth policy yesterday bashing Oakland’s viability, stadiums are now being replaced every 2 decades or so rather than every 5, it’s been speculated that Texans owner Bob McNair might have been the one to suggest that St. Louis would get an extra $100 million from the NFL, Chapps calls in and it sounds like he’s on a train, Doug wonders if at some point politicians will band together and decree no more public funding for stadiums … but Tim says all it takes is for one city to say “we’ll do it”, Caller Ellen phones in to advance the discussion on public money not being used as corporate welfare for wealthy team owners, Tim wonders why Peacock hasn’t responded on the questions surrounding the phantom $100 million, Caller Adam breaks up the monotony but he sounds like crap – Tim wonders if he was using a burner phone, Larry Nickel joins the show to discuss his heel turn on the Fan Page, #AudioFun with Frank Cusumano giving Bobby Vestal a vote of confidence, Doug decides to scrap his pledge to join the Fan Page should the Rams leave.
