SEGMENT 1 – Show Open & WWE Recap: The coverage of the scandal between Miami Dolphins’ offensive lineman Richie Incognito & Jonathan Martin, media probably overreacting to the whole story, inappropriate and sometimes racial humor actually is not uncommon amongst teammates in a locker room where no one is being recorded, when hazing or bullying especially of younger players does cross the line, how KMOV set a precdent for sports department vileness, how shows like this make the stories that came out daily and sometimes get a bit too much reaction, the vast amount of outlets that need to fill more and more daily with as many stories as possible, the backlash of quick reaction social media & Larry Nickel shocks the world.
SEGMENT 2 – David Backes: The 11-2-2 start for the Blues, the Captain’s evaluation of their start which is tied for the best in franchise history through 15 games, his and his wife’s work with “Athletes for Animals”, the rough tough tight Western Conference standings, top team in the Eastern Conference at the moment (Tampa Bay Lightning) has as many points as the Blues, a reminder for Mike Lee’s birthday party & another monologue from Rudy.
SEGMENT 3 – Gabe DeArmond: Not asking questions but making general statements when conducting interviews, big huge upcoming weekend for the Missouri Tigers yet they are not even playing, Mizzou seems to be in the correct spot in the rankings dropping from #7 to #9, the best one-loss teams benefiting from conference or strength of schedule like the Stanford Cardinal, the chances of Mizzou getting to a BCS Bowl (Sugar, Orange, Fiesta, etc.) even if they lose a SEC Championship game, QB James Franklin will return to the starting role when the Tiggers face the Rebels of Ole Miss on Novemeber 23, Gabe does not see how someone like Stanford gets more benefit of doubt than someone like Missouri since they lost to a more inferior team in the Utah Utes rather than the South Carolina Gamecocks, why the Florida State Seminoles is the clear #2 team in the BCS Rankings rather than any consideration for undefeated teams such as the Ohio State Buckeyes & Baylor Bears, how playoffs will help decide all these questions or conflicts more clearly & the scenarios that Mizzou will face regarding the SEC East Division championship.
SEGMENT 4 – Troy Renck: The Colorado Rockies ownership has said they do not want to trade away SS Troy Tulowitzki several times yet listen to teams each time when they come calling, Cardinals will certainly pursue their best options on the free agent or trade markets until there are none left besides SS Pete Kozma or other internal options, the appeal the Cardinals could offer to the Rockies possibly in the form of 1B Matt Adams, SP Shelby Miller, RP Trevor Rosenthal or others (no SP Michael Wacha!!) & Troy rates the Cardinals chances of acquiring Tulowitzki from a percentage standpoint saying they are “well below 50%”.
