SEGMENT 1 – Show Open: Charlie in for The Cat again, Mrs. Plowboy enjoying some cinnamon rolls this morning, big soccer game today, breaking down the World Cup, Doug wants replay in the game, Charlie wants to allow biting, drawing lots, not sure if Douglas likes us, he gave Plowboy a mouthful this morning, building a wiffleball field in the Central West End, Tim Lincecum threw a no-no yesterday, trying to guess his body weight, Waino facing Josh Beckett of the LA Dodgers tonight, free sodas in the fridge, Doug doesn’t have a mailbox here unfortunately, its raining like the dickens in Brazil at the site of the US game today, back to the tie breaker rules & pulling lots, Doug has cute dimples, “more fun” versus “funner” & Plowboy going hard after the texters.
SEGMENT 2 – Shoot From the Hip: NLCS rematch this weekend as the Birds head to LA for four games, big new segment we are trying out, involves us in the back asking the guys random questions, not sure what to call it yet, I like the name “Back Room Banter”, worst pitchers to throw no-hitters, peeing in the pool & vending machine items that we would like to see.
SEGMENT 3 – Cardinal Talk: David Price audio following his excellent performance yesterday, the lefty has been dominating in the month of June, possibility of adding a hitter to the deal if the Cardinals were to trade for Price, still not sure where the Cardinals are in regards to being a world series team & pieces for the Cards to move in the event of a trade.
SEGMENT 4 – Entertainment Report: Doug advocating the “parking of the bus” in the big soccer match, the pitch looks a little rough for the match from the downpour, Luis Suarez suspended nine games for biting, hello Deanna with today’s Entertainment Report, we have a new sponsor for the segment, Dirty Dogz, Doug prefers his hot dogs with ketchup, favorite Seinfeld episode and character, Tinder usage is skyrocketing in Brazil during the World Cup & Dougs age remains a mystery to Chuck.
SEGMENT 5 – Matthew Leach: Hello Matthew, thoughts on the trade talks…, Rays are not the organization that can afford to drag its feet, need to capitalize on the opportunity, will have to give up two major prospects for Price, not sure what move to make for the offense, possibility of signing Price for long term, bats that make sense to trade for, commitment to possible trade piece Adrian Beltre, similarity of deals for hitters and pitchers & lefty-lefty matchups in wiffle ball.
