SEGMENT 1 – Show Open: The Rams stunned all by dominating the Indianapolis Colts 38-8, bad teams generally do not beat good teams like the Rams did on Sunday, other wins-losses from the NFL on Sunday, reviewing the sweetheart teaser picks from Friday, the frustration the Chicago Bears brought to the show via their 21-19 loss to the Detroit Lions, how RB Isaiah Pead got the Rams’ game started with a taunting penalty was perhaps the funniest part of the win, moving forward with the Rams sitting at 4-6 & the Missouri Tigers easily roll past the Kentucky Wildcats while keeping their impressive turnover streak going now at 40 games.

SEGMENT 2 – Late Sunday night a report from Yahoo! Sports MLB columnist Jeff Passan came out about the Cardinals and Colorado Rockies possibly discussing a deal that mainly involves SS Troy Tulowitzki, possibly giving up players like 1B Matt Adams and SP Shelby Miller for Tulowitzki, GM John Mozeliak does tend to listen to every offer or opportunity that could possibly improve the Redbirds & the injury history of Tulowitzki.

SEGMENT 3 – Jim Thomas: The shocking 38-8 win by the Rams over the Indianapolis Colts was one of the most unlikely outcomes seen by the long time beat writer, WR Tavon Austin finally having a break out day after such a slow start through the first 9 games, QB Kellen Clemens looking to have finally settle in after rough starts in his first 2 games, the defense getting to play with a cushion for the first time in a while & the Rams just becoming more consistent game-by-game.

SEGMENT 4 – Dennis Dodd: Looking forward to the rest of SEC/BCS picture as the Missouri Tigers stay in the mix on top of the SEC East Division, Florida State seems to have more of a locked-up situation for the BCS National Championship Game over the Alabama Crimson Tide who have to face rival Auburn Tigers, the Missouri Tigers really have too many teams to jump to get anything higher than a BCS Bowl (Sugar, Fiesta, Orange or Rose), why the one-loss Stanford Cardinal are ranked higher than the undefeated Baylor Bears, the value of quality wins vs losses, the benefits of playing higher ranked teams especially for certain teams at this point in the season & looking at Mizzou going forward with the Ole Miss Rebels plus the Texas A&M Aggies remaining on the regular season schedule.

SEGMENT 5 – Ryan Reaves: How he got the game started on Saturday night vs the Pittsburgh Penguins, apparently it only takes one look to drop the gloves with someone else, how his role has expanded from just being an ‘enforcer’, scoring more goals plus doing other key things with more playing time, the effects of being the team fighter & the keys to the team’s success this season.

SEGMENT 6 – Jeff Passan: He’s got the town buzzing with Hot Stove this Monday morning, how this possible proposal actually works out well for both clubs involved, Rockies apparently do not have much to deal beyond SS Troy Tulowitzki & OF Michael Cuddyer, giving up young talent for one of the best shortstops in the game that tends to have too many injuries, the injury concerns for Tulowitzki could be a bit blown out of proportion, 1B/OF Allen Craig will be a deal breaker if wanted by the Rockies, deal would require probably more than just Matt Adams and Shelby Miller which makes most pretty concerned that the Cards would be giving up too much for the All-Star shortstop & other possible shortstops the Cardinals could target if a deal with the Rockies falls through.
