SEGMENT 1– —
Where do you want to start today, boys? St. Louis has been clamoring for six hours of Joe Pelusi. Tony got angry when the Cat asked him to come on the show. Five minutes of editing is really all the Cat should do. Not too many people have been interviewed more than Tony LaRussa this year. Davis Payne has been fired by the Blues; Ken Hitchcock takes over. Hockey coaches have a shelf life. This is a group that should be better. Coaching changes tend to lead to quick success.
SEGMENT 2– —
darren pang joins us. yesterday was a surreal moment based on how early in the year it was. there were inconsistencies. this was good timing in terms of the schedule to make a change. hitchcock has a playoff style. will not allow unacceptable plays to occur. hitchcock has a better team than davis payne had when he started. hitchcock owns the locker room.
SEGMENT 3– —
Ken Rosenthal joins us to bring heat on the Cardinals’ managerial search. The Cardinals are playing it close to the vest right now. The Cubs are not interested in Francona. The next manager will show to St. Louis just how great of a manager Tony La Russa was. Which of the three coaching vacancies is the best right now? The Cubs are likely involved in the Albert Pujols Sweepstakes.
SEGMENT 4– —
Missouri is a member of the SEC and with more, we are joined by Gabe DeArmond. Some people are not fans of the move. Missouri has a decent shot in that SEC East next season. They’re not going to win SEC titles, but they didn’t win Big12 titles either. Your bowl prospects look better in the SEC as well. Mizzou still needs to get to six wins this year.
SEGMENT 5– —
I see you there, 9 and 31. How would the Rams find a way to lose last night? It cannot be the players. After awhile the plan needs to change. Bradford was surprisingly mobile considering his ankle injury. 9 and 31 is a real number. Players the Rams cut end up with decent careers somewhere else. It’s about momentum, Doug.
SEGMENT 6– —
SACK!!!! D.J. Gelner joins us. The Cat isn’t that crazy. Sam Bradford just isn’t making big plays. This team COULD beat any opponent, but it isn’t likely. Poor DJ, Nate got to see a World Series. What do the Rams do consistently well? They can punt well.
