SEGMENT 1 – Show Open: Fantasy football musings, Doug like Kay Adams knows that even being an expert does not guarantee a victory, Happy Birthday to Mike Lee, plans for Mike’s party at the Steak n’ Shake on Monday night, Jim could not finish his caulking, Doug putting up Christmas lights ‘Clark W. Griswald’ style for some reason, Tim’s sweetheart teaser, the Denver Broncos 27-17 win over the Kansas City Chiefs, Doug scamming the ‘FOX 4’ for free fantasy football, spreading or rejecting holiday cheer, annoying solicitation whether it be by door or phone & a hot tip about a listener with a neighbor wife.
SEGMENT 2 – Tim had a dilemma at the end of the Auburn Tigers miracle 43-38 win over the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday night as he won $$ but life did not get any easier for the Missouri Tigers, difference between college football and NFL stadium atmospheres & Doug may or may not have a story.
SEGMENT 3 – Jim Thomas: Dislike for the bye week, more sauce costing $$ at the local chicken places, the San Francisco 49ers 23-20 loss to the New Orleans Saints puts them in a situation in which a Wild Card berth is the only way into the playoffs with the Arizona Cardinals on their backs both tied at 6-4, QB Colin Kaepernick perhaps regressing in his first full season, looking at the Chicago Bears as they comes to St. Louis next week to take on the Rams, the imposing size of the Bears’ big WRs, why the Rams are better at stopping power backs instead of more edge-style RBs like Matt Forte, no updates on the stadium leasing situation & Jim says that owner Stan Kroenke just does not want to discuss the on-going stadium situation.
SEGMENT 4 – Dan Wolken: The BCS Rankings shaking out after another interesting weekend of college football, the Missouri Tigers now have no margin of error in their final 2 games to reach the SEC Championship, Dan covered perhaps the game of the year as he gives his perspective on the craziness that was Auburn-Georgia, looking towards the Iron Bowl between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Auburn Tigers, teams that would have to lose to give Mizzou a shot at the BCS National Championship game, Dan is not sure Missouri has much of a chance to reach the national title game even if they win out, looking at the rest of the one-loss teams, the best college football teams over the past 25 years, how Missouri would potentially match up against Alabama & breaking down those Ole Miss Rebels.
SEGMENT 5 – Fun with Audio: Some options on the audio, NBA shooters making music, LA NBC affiliate reportert Madison Brooks hits on a guy during a live shot, a fan sings “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus during a free throw in the 83-80 North Carolina Tar Heels upset loss to the Belmont Bruins, holiday plans to have a live show from the Vaughn house for Christmas, confusing Andy Williams and Bing Crosby, hello again from Rudy & other asshattery.
