SEGMENT 1 – Show Open: Oh hey it’s Chuck filling in for Tim and Doug is under the weather with leprocy, Douglas keeps blowing me snoot, discussion of wearing dickeys and turtlenecks, Doug has a standard uniform much like Charlie’s grandpa, buying suits is tough because they go out of style quick, nobody’s wearing the 3 button suits anymore, why didn’t we bet the under on Missouri, Plow Boy gives Doug gambling advice, examining the catalog of Billy Ocean, comparing Billy Ocean to Ringo Starr, reminiscing about Doug and The Cat’s early career in a ridiculous manner, Doug waxes on Gurley, Tawny gives Charlie a cough drop but initially ignores Doug, Michigan J. Frog makes a return with Charlie running point, old school coach-isms, remembering the Vipers, who was related to actor Jerry O’Connell, Doug wants Tavon Austin to block and run up the middle, Post-Dispatch columnist Joe Strauss discusses the sports weekend that was, should the Cardinals have interest in Ben Zobrist or Daniel Murphy this offseason, Doug’s not happy with the batting order and still wants Chris Davis.
SEGMENT 2 – Doug coughs straight into the mic as we come back into segment, The Cat got coffee in Clayton this morning, Post-Dispatch Rams reporter Jim Thomas discusses the team’s victory at the Dome yesterday, Charlie likes the idea of ordering the Doug Vaughn special when going through the drive through at a fast food restaurant, Plowsy was a plus one at a wedding this weekend, Plow Girl’s family is hinting that they expect nuptials soon, next Darin explains why he chain smoked 15 cigarettes outside the reception, what about a peanut butter and bacon cheeseburger, Mike Lee calls in to talk about planning his birthday party next month, what’s the protocol when you go to the bathroom at the same time as a coworker, Doug looking up stats but the computer is slow, comparing Gurley to Adrian Peterson, the hazards of using chew, Peterson shouldn’t eat Shellfish before the game, Doug didn’t want to eat peas as a kid, a callback to cuddle parties, Douglas calls in to say that Joel Goldberg is more accomplished than The Cat, Steve is up next to question Doug’s leprocy, discussion of armadillos and Scott Bakula.
SEGMENT 3 – Treat Me Like a Pirate brings us back in per Doug’s request, The Cat is taking his wife to a movie today but what should they see, will there be another Entourage movie, The Cat wants an Ari spin-off film, is the show worse when Tim’s not here, PowerMizzou.com’s Gabe DeArmond discusses the Tigers’ offensive debacle in Nashville, conflict brewing over who was a brisket hog when Salt + Smoke was here the last time, Rich from Maryland Heights in Arizona calls into the program to say the Eagles fleeced the Rams in the Bradford / Foles trade, Charlie is in the minority in that he enjoys Rich’s phone calls, The Cat wonders if Chip Kelly will try and trade for Jared Cook, discussing the continued struggles of Sam Bradford, Veiny Vince joins the program to bash Rich and harass Doug, what is Chuck going to be for Halloween, he and Plowsy are dressing up their pets instead, Doug would like to see people wear goofy things all year long.
