SEGMENT 2 – Shhh…, hello again from Ryan Kelley, poor Elisabeth Meinecke scratched due to voice loss from pesky STL allergies, Bobby Vestal of the Facebook fan page calls, amusing little story from basketball official clinic in which instructors recognized his name from the show, Kelly Chase of the St. Louis Blues joins the show, going after the referees, same uniforms as the employees at Foot Locker, definitely believe Blues can go all the way, too passive of a series to begin the postseason, wanted to see Blackawks in the first round, amount of hits based animosity between Canucks-Flames, feels that Blues are better when playing opponent they do not like, difference between Game 1 and Game 2, seeing Steve Ott stir things up for his club, people still kind of respect players like Ott, not caring as a player what others think of you when getting the job done, there was purpose to fighting or agitating other players, looking at the other first round matchups, Canadiens only team with 3-0 lead, competition in Western Conference could be quite beneficial for Blues, interesting doings between A’s-Royals over the weekend, Brett Lawrie sliding into Alcides Escobar, apparently Lawrie sent apology via text that Escobar said he never got, possible catfish, Doug talked to lady once who had wrong number pretending to know what she was discussing, get into that DraftKings, The Cat now interested in doing some daily fantasy, interesting trends of early season baseball, those first-place Mets & Doug would dance with Mr. Met.
SEGMENT 3 – Wow, wow, wow…, wondering Air Supply is these days…, column from Star Tribune about how Wild can make run if they win at home, support the sponsors, hearing from the Blues on the animosity building, interesting sound from Rene Knott who was hurt in media scrums with Alex Pietrangelo, apparently beef growing between Brian Haenchen and Jeff Ponder, Haenchie fans the flames…, Rick Hummel of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch joins the show, quite the weekend that was for the Cardinals, interesting trends from the NL Central Divsion to begin the season, obviously some exposure from clubs like the Brewers plus Reds, looking around the rest of the league, Birds losing Randal Grichuk for amount of time, hearing tell of Grichuk maybe getting some time at first base or Xavier Scruggs from Memphis (AAA), trying to stay tight and rewarding, taking show to Brentwood Forrest pool & support the sponsors!
