SEGMENT 1 – Show Open: Hello to Charlie Marlow and ProdJoe, good to have “Nick and the Badger” back together, Joe happy and not happy Doug is out this morning, still men in love, still pumping the iron hard, Charlie has a bad wing, some texters voice their opinions, Joe vs Willie…, wishing a happy birthday to Joe, not doing the #IceBucketChallenge but Joe donated to the ALS charity, another poll of who the listeners like better, Tim’s never had two more polarzing producers than Joe and Willie, the Blues changing their predominant jersey, wondering if Mizzou or Rams will win more games, breaking down Sam Bradford in his first appearance last weekend, what Torry Holt had to say about Tavon Austin not doing much on offense, thinking there’s some similarities between this preseason and 2011 when there was hype but the season was a bust, why the defense may not be as strong as some of us think, the Deadspin article on why the Rams suck, why Bradford is comparable to Kansas City Chiefs QB Alex Smith (another former top overall pick), positive text that will probably be followed up by another weird one & Cardinals are in a pretty good position to keep their recent run going.

SEGMENT 2 – Jim Thomas: Filling out a Draft Day team, hello to Jim, good showing from training camp that kind of tailed off towards the end with school starting, looking to see more of the regulars this weekend such as James Laurinaitus and Michael Brockers, some other starters will be out this weekend, Jeff Fisher likes to give injured (somewhat injured) players more time to be prepared for games, wondering how long Sam Bradford will play in the third preseason game, other players to be watching for this weekend, the more intriguing position battles, excited for the live fantasy draft taking place next week, ProdJoe making a peace offering to Justin in Columbia, balding and bald spots, hair transplants…, Jason Alexander being typecast as George Costanza, not having kids, Doug taking his kid to college at Mizzou, excited about the fantasy draft, Willie does not plan to participate, Joe did not get much sleep last night, hello to Rich from Maryland Heights, he’s attacking Charlie this morning, one of the more strange calls from that guy, what Bob Costas had to say on E&M about no commercials, definitely brought up some great games and stories, that’s how Howard Stern does it, better radio when there’s no interruption of a good interview, running the radio station and everything else may cause Tim to pull a Dave Chappelle, just need someone to run the business, Willie fearful for his job, who to hire to run things, the work producers do all for nothing sometimes, people who tell great stories like Martin Kilcoyne or Mike Claiborne, that one night Martin roasted everyone at the Christmas party & when “The Morning Grind” came to a quick halting end.

SEGMENT 3 – Dave Matter, Brett Hull, Ask Lawrence, Cuts of the Week & Email of the Day: Rudy in-studio telling us more about Paraquad, excited for the 9a hour, the Mizzou story that came out yesterday, busy time for Dave Matter, getting closer and closer to kicking off the 2014 (hopefully part 2015) season, another story from Outside the Lines on ESPN discussing a Title IX invesitigation scandal, hoping that the scandals just stop, loving that SEC Network, hello to Brett, excited for the new jersey to be unveiled next week, love how these players and past players are always around, lot of the guys going to Europe to honor Pavol Demitra after his tragic death, the emergence of youth hockey especially in the area, interesting thing that happens in Slovakia in regards to Demitra, #ForeverPavol on Twitter, oh those Blues jersies, that fantasy league draft we’re having, back to the text line, toughest college football schedules, forgot we stopped following Willie on Twitter, when Joe was pissing off Willie, some soccer talk…, looking forward to the Friendly’s Picks of the Week, Denny decided to recruit Willie into the segment, just jump into Lawrence because we cannot stop Joe from talking, segment just not getting the love like it once did, time to look back at the week that was & time to wrap things up.
