On Missouri’s coaching search:
“Any time you’re transitioning from one coach to the next…you have to think about what it is you need in terms of fit. In terms of a profile, for Missouri, you need somebody who has experience and a track record of success, that’s seasoned in going into a situation where you know it’s going to be a challenge initially, but will have the right pillars and foundation in terms of staff and the ability to recruit and establishing a culture that you can build winning basketball on. Coaches like that (in most cases who fit that bill) are already employed.”
