The First insideSTL.com Girls Next Door Audition Party At F15teen Friday Night
This has some pretty good potential to be amusing.
When I announced this party and new level to the Girls Next Door competition, I wasn't sure what kind of reaction we'd get.
But, as of right now, we already have 8 girls signed up and registered to participate in the very first insideSTL.com Girls Next Door Audition Party Friday night at F15teen (1900 Locust).

Initially, not expecting as many applicants as we got, I opened up the door to ladies registering the night of the event. However, with already having 8 on board, I'm going to have to pull that option off the table.
The reason is that we guaranteed each Girl Next Door Auditionee (or is it Auditioner?) a complimentary bottle of vodka for participating in the fun and games Friday night. Now that we already have as many ladies partaking, insideSTL.com and F15teen can't be giving out 25 bottles...so we have to cut it off.
However, if you email me and register by the end of Thanksgiving night, you can participate in Friday evening's insideSTL.com Girls Next Door Audition Party. The fun and games start when the doors open up at 10:30 p.m.
We're going to have two winners...plus insideSTL.com will select our own new Girls 
Next Door as well.
The winner of the crowd vote, which will be determined by simple applause/screaming and calculated by a decibelmeter, will receive $250 and a free photo shoot with Jason Campagna of Sedura Photography who has shot our Girls Next Door competition since February 2007.
Our other winner, who will receive a $270 gift certificate to Genesis Cosmetic Surgery, $100 gift certificate to F15teen, and a free photo shoot with Jason Campagna, will be determined by our judges:

Farewell To Our ITD Morning After Board Op Austin
Those of you who listen to The ITD Morning After on Team 1380 have heard us reference our board operator, Austin, a number of times. Wednesday is his last day with us, as he has accepted a job...which is a hell of a well-deserved promotion for him...at the new sports station on 101.1.
I thought Austin did an incredible job for us, and he also played a great role on the show.
The thing that will stand out to me is that either he is fucked in the head or he's just a real legitimate fan of the show---which he helped make possible---because he was hesitant to take more money and leave us because he considered working on the show his "dream job."
He loved the show, and he took great care of us.
Austin, you'll be missed, but I know you'll do well no matter where you go, and I wish you the best of luck.
Thanksgiving Game Picks
After another strong weekend in which I was able to go 9-6, my record for the year is at 83-86-3.
I got to be honest: I'm shocked it's that decent. Sure, at the start of the season, I said the goal was getting 60% of my picks versus the spread right, but I also said my goal was to find lifts that made me 5'10" at the start of the year.
Sometimes, certain things just aren't possible.
Yet, here we are in Week 13, and with a run of 18-12 over the last two weeks, 60% isn't necessarily out of the realm of possibility...although we've got to get to .500 first.
I'll release my Sunday plays later in the week, but here's what I got going for Thanksgiving:
Titans (-10.5) at Lions: The Detroit Lions get to play on national TV every Thanksgiving...and it's all in the name of tradition. Perhaps the league could maybe look into switching it up and creating a 4 team, 4 year rotation in which the Rams, Bengals, and Raiders could join the Lions in giving some team and city a Thanksgiving gift. Or, maybe the Rams, Bengals, Raiders, and Lions could just go off and form their own league with the winner facing the Suburban North Champion at halftime of the Motor City Bowl. Pick: Lions (+10.5)
Seahawks at Cowboys (-13): The Seahawks are cramping my style. They covered by 1/2 of a point last week, and they're trying to show some signs of life...unlike another certain team in the NFC West. 13 points is a lot of points, but I've made my living this year on the belief that the Seahawks are dreadful and the Jets are on their way to the Super Bowl. I can't back off now. Pick: Cowboys (-13)
Cardinals at Eagles (-3): This is a game I'd like to watch. Of course, that will be rather difficult since it's on the NFL Network...which is a lot like, say, playing a hockey game on Versus. Donovan McNabb may get booed off the field, which would provide some sense of Philadelphia symbolism in that the quarterback who led the Eagles to the Super Bowl less than 5 years ago is now the anti-christ...on Thanksgiving. St. Kurt will prevail. Pick: Cardinals (+3)
